We've made each sheet 10.83in by 6.3in - perfect for wiping up spills without excess waste!

Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants in the world, growing up to 3 feet per day while absorbing massive amounts of carbon during its growth. Bamboo reaches harvest maturity in just three years and, unlike trees, bamboo does not need to be replanted after it is harvested as the bamboo will continue to grow.

Cloud Paper is based in Seattle -- where we pack and ship our orders from. Our packaging is made with recycled materials, is 100% plastic-free, and made locally in the PNW. All-in, about a dozen local businesses help with what goes into the final CP box that's delivered.

Our bamboo is grown in local family-operated farms in Asia (where most bamboo is grown!) and we have sustainability-focused (FSC-certified) manufacturing partners who create the paper itself in China. We then 2x offset any carbon emissions generated during the transportation of our product from our manufacturing partners to your doorstep.

Our subscriptions are risk-free, so you can cancel at any time before your upcoming order is placed without being charged. We’ll always send a reminder email 3 days before an upcoming order is scheduled!

Our rolls are made with a TCF method, which means they are 100% chlorine-free bleached. They are also BPA free, and don't have any added scents, dyes, or pesticides!

Step 1: Login to your Cloud Paper Account, located on the top right of our website

Step 2: Click on “Manage Subscriptions”

Step 3: Under Subscriptions, Click on “Edit” for the subscription you would like to update

Step 4: If you'd like to update your specific ship date, you can do so by changing your "Next Charge Date." You can update your default delivery schedule by selecting "Delivery Schedule" and selecting any number of days, weeks, or months you would like. Please note that if you change your delivery schedule, your date will be automatically pushed out. We recommend saving the “Next Charge Date” last to make sure your order gets delivered exactly when you need it to!

We will send a renewal reminder email 3 days prior to your next order date, and it’s easy to cancel, skip, or delay your order during that time in your account management page! Once an order has processed, it is sent directly to our warehouse for shipping, and it is more difficult to cancel an order. If this happens, please reach out to hello@cloudpaper.co and we will try our best to help you!

We do not currently offer samples, but our subscriptions are risk-free. If at any point you wish to cancel, just let us know!

After you select your cancellation reason, you will receive a confirmation email that your subscription has been cancelled. Orders that have been processed before your subscription cancellation will still be delivered!

Shipping and Returns

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States, but we are working hard towards a tree-free world and hope to ship internationally soon!

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.

You can expect your box to arrive 2-7 business days after you place your order! We ship every Monday-Friday, so orders placed over the weekend may have a day or two of delay.

Currently we do not take returns. We request that you donate your rolls to any person or organization in need!

Gifting Subscriptions

Sending our products as a gift subscription is easy! Click on “Make it a gift” under the product you’d like to purchase, and fill out the information that pops up on the form. Once you checkout, we’ll let the recipient know that they’ll be receiving a gift from you!

A: Each gift box will ship out every 3 months! If the recipient wishes to change the shipping frequency after they’ve been gifted, they can email us at hello@cloudpaper.co and we would be happy to do so.

Each gift subscription option will ship out one box at a time. Our gift subscription options are outlined below:

- 3 month gift: This will ship out only one box of toilet paper, which should last the recipient 3 months!

- 6 month gift: This will ship out two total boxes of toilet paper, the first one at the point of purchase, and the second one 3 months later! 

- 9 month gift: This will ship out 3 total boxes of toilet paper, the first one at the point of purchase, the second one 3 months later, and the third one 3 months after that. 

- 12 month gift: This will ship out 4 total boxes of toilet paper. The first one will ship out at the point of purchase, and each consecutive box will ship out 3 months later. This option should keep your gift recipient stocked for the whole year!

Email us at hello@cloudpaper.co and we can let you know the exact dates the gift subscription boxes will ship out, as well as make any changes to the dates you’d like!

Yes! Once you’ve filled out the information requested on our gifting form, we’ll let the recipient know that they’ve been gifted our products, as well as how long you’ve provided the gift for!

Yes! Once the recipient has been gifted their subscription, reach out to hello@cloudpaper.co we can make changes including updating their address and/or their specific shipping dates. We cannot add or remove boxes from their gift subscription.
