Fulfillment and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We hope that you love your Cloud Paper but we understand that might not always be the case. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer a refund. 

  • If you cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse we will cancel your order and refund the purchase amount back to the purchasing card. Expect 7 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • If you would like a refund after receiving an order you can let us know by emailing us at hello@cloudpaper.co. We will provide you with a return label so that we can process the return and donate the product to our non-profit partners. Your card will be refunded after we receive your return. Expect 7 - 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Delivery Policy

Orders are packaged and shipped as soon as possible usually within 3 business days and will be delivered via FedEx ground per the delivery instructions provided during the checkout process. There may be periods of time where we expect delayed shipping times which will be noted on the website and in your shipping ETA during your order confirmation. You can email hello@cloudpaper.co with any questions on shipping ETAs.


Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

Cloud Paper subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by logging into your account at cloudpaper.co/account/login. Alternatively, you can email us at hello@cloudpaper.co to cancel your subscription.
